UplyftAI provides customer intelligence, analytics, segmentation, and reporting free of charge upon data connection via POS API or spreadsheet upload. No credit card is required to access the customer intelligence features.
WhatsApp messaging features require an active platform subscription and wallet top-up. The platform operates on a human-in-the-loop "draft-and-approve" model where promotional campaigns and discounts require explicit owner approval before dispatch.
To maintain low barrier to entry and zero upfront BSP onboarding friction, message delivery utilizes a verified shared WhatsApp Business Account managed with automated restaurant routing and attribution. You agree that all outbound templates must include your restaurant name clearly to ensure recipient transparency.
